USD prime

USD prime is the Foundation base layer. It is a fiat-backed stablecoin minted directly using USDC or USDT at a strict 1:1 ratio. Every USD prime in circulation represents an equivalent unit of real stablecoins held inside the Peg Stability Module.

USD prime contains no liquidation triggers. No collateral volatility. No debt exposure. Mint and redeem cycles enforce the peg through deterministic arbitrage incentives.

USD prime is the universal asset used to enter strategy vaults. All strategy stablecoins inherit parity through USD prime.
