Peg Stability Module (PSM)

The PSM maintains USD prime's 1:1 peg through deterministic conversions.

Conversions

• Mint: Users deposit USDC or USDT to receive USD prime.

• Redeem: Users return USD prime to receive USDC or USDT.

All conversions rely on a resilient oracle to handle stablecoin deviations.

Rules

For USD prime → stablecoin:

• If stablecoin < $1, redemption is still 1:1.

• If stablecoin > $1, user pays according to oracle price.

For stablecoin → USD prime:

• Stablecoin < $1 → user receives USD prime at discount.

• Stablecoin > $1 → minting is 1:1.

PSM has no fees, no slippage, and no governance delays.
